1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the msw55 website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using services from the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile on the msw55 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money granted through promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before specific wagering requirements are met.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited by the user.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered to make a bonus withdrawable.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to use msw55 services. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. For age verification purposes, msw55 may request a copy of your identity card or national ID at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at msw55 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This applies to all payment methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

msw55 currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

3.4 Transaction Verification

msw55 reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Suspicious or unusual transactions may be temporarily held while under review.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 or more qualifies for the ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus and is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met.
• No bonus offer may be combined with another bonus unless specifically permitted.
• msw55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If manipulation or dishonest means of claiming a bonus are found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5 VIP Program

The msw55 VIP program has four tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback benefits are active within a specified timeframe. msw55 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time, and users will be notified in such cases.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the msw55 platform:

• Operating an account under another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Playing with the help of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's system or games.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or offensive behaviour towards other users.
• Spreading misleading information about the platform's bonus or promotion system.

If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

msw55 treats responsible gambling as a top priority. Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. We ask all users to keep the following in mind:

• Never gamble with borrowed money.
• Set betting limits for yourself and stick to them.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 By the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is any valid balance prior to closure, it will remain withdrawable (subject to wagering requirements being met).

msw55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel any account for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraudulent behaviour, or legal reasons.

12 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, you are requested to first contact our customer service team. Our team provides support 24/7 — in both Bengali and English.

• Complaints will be reviewed as promptly as possible upon receipt.
• Both parties will attempt to reach a resolution through mutual discussion.
• The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended during the review period.

13 Changes to Terms

msw55 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest Terms will always be available on this page.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Users are expected to be aware of the laws applicable in their area and to use the platform accordingly.
